Two enthusiastic hoteliers, Claas Wulff and Russell Braterman, had the brilliant idea of opening a 5 star boutique hotel in Brighton, the very fashionable British seaside resort. The Kemp Townhouse is fun, contemporary and bohemian, but it remains an elegant hotel with a Victorian facade. Tiny, only nine rooms, the Kemp Townhouse is a friendly house laid on the ocean.
