Hot Hotel Kemp Townhouse, Brighton What is the buzz?
Recently awarded a five star rating from VisitBritain, this new boutique hotel in an old Victorian townhouse is in the trendy Kemp Town district. Contemporary and cool with a slice of elegance, it’s close enough to the popular Lanes and the Pavilion, but tucked away so you feel far from the throng.
Any luxurious touches?
Yes, its is stylish and sophisticated throughout. The mattresses are VI-Sprung – incredibly comfortable. Pampering massages and beauty treatments can be arranged in your room and bespoke gift packages can be ordered on arrival for a romantic weekend.
Best sea view?
Look out of the first floor bay window and the two main bedrooms and you’ll see the beach.
What are the rooms like?
Packed with designer furniture and furnishings, ensuite wetrooms, flat screens, bathrooms and slippers…the list goes on. And the top quality bedlinen is crisp and inviting.
How about the food?
In the breakfast room (with honesty bar), we ate granola, eggs Benedict, smoothies and a Full English, all beautifully cooked and presented. There isn’t a restaurant but you are spoiled for choice with the many eateries that are within walking distance.
