Great welcome, beautifully equipped room - not huge but elegant and finished to the highest quality. Small wetroom – under floor heating and good powerful shower. The welcome from Claas made the stay very special - it feels like staying in a friends house - albeit one with supremely comfy beds, great taste in decor and the ability to create the most delicious breakfasts !! Highly recommended.

A luxurious gem, stylishly decorated and furnished with numerous thoughtful touches aimed at making you feel a valued and very welcome guest. I never normally stay in B+B accommodation but a lack of rooms in the branded boutique hotels of Brighton made me dig a little deeper and both my wife and I were very glad that I did! The only downside was that we only managed to escape for one night before returning to the realities of family life!

Lesley and I stayed here for one night in early December. We couldn't have been made more welcome. As two other parties had cancelled that day (presumably due to the weather!) we were upgraded to the four poster room free of charge. It was lovely - heated floor in the wetroom, large flat panel TV, four poster bed, crisp white linen, etc. etc We often stay in Brighton for birthdays, treats, etc, and have stayed in a number of the boutique hotels - this is the best we have tried. Highly recommended.
